Seton Hill University (NCAA Division II, PSAC) is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant coaching position (Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps) for their Men’s and Women’s Track & Field programs.
This position will assist the Head Coach with all aspects of coaching, recruitment, team management, planning and executing training, practices, and meets.
Incumbent must be able to coach the Speed/Power disciplines (sprints, jumps, hurdles); have knowledge of successful strength & conditioning program relevant to events; must be able and willing to aid in all levels of prospective student- athlete recruitment, with a primary focus on speed/power events; participate in electronic, phone, and interpersonal communication to individual players, administrators, and recruits; and participate in professional development and campus events when necessary.
Graduate Assistants, as part of their position, will be offered a tuition scholarship and will be paid for hours worked. A bachelor’s degree and acceptance into one of Seton Hill University’s eligible graduate programs (MBA or Education) is required. International Students are ineligible for fully-online graduate programs.

Graduate Assistant - Performing Arts Center Box Office and Community Arts Program

The School of Visual and Performing Arts at Seton Hill University is currently accepting applications for a new Graduate Assistant position. This position will support the activities of the Performing Arts Center Box Office and the Community Arts Program. Responsibilities include supervising student Box Office staff, filling in for front of house positions at performances, assisting with marketing of events through social media and poster/flyer design, assisting Community Arts Program Director with event planning and organization, and other clerical duties. Applicants should have strong customer service skills for managing interactions with the public, excellent organizational skills, and a basic understanding of design practices for marketing pieces.
